Welcome Back to Ms. Shum's Super Second Grade Class!

Dear Parents, It is the last day of the semester and it means winter vacation is beginning as of today.  By now, all students should recieve a colorful handout of this semester's winter homework.  In case, some students didn't receive the handout and aren't clear about  the winter homework. I will explain about it here. Students have to get a pizza box,  a miniumium size of 16 inches.  Our main topic is about Taiwan: Food.  They can post pictures, 3D figures using play-doh, paper mache, plastic, etc.  Be creative on the materials you can use.  If there are still space on the pizza box,  you can extend the topic further by talking about Taiwan's  geography,  places you visited during CNY in Taiwan,  culture, costumes and etc.  You have to write a sentence or two about your favorite food and why do you like to eat it.  Where did you get it?  Do not forget to check your grammar, spelling and handwriting.
