Homework  for October 1st

 1.  Write vocabulary #1- 9 (4 times)  from week 5 new (handout sheet)
2.  Preview The Class Pet (New Story from Reading Street)
3.  Study for Test. 

 Please note the following for tomorrow's Exam:

First Exam Test Scope – Weeks 1 & 4
Hello Parents,
Second grade will have their Final Exam on
October 1st – October 6th

Please note the scheduled test dates: 
l  The Vocabulary Review Test will be on
Thursday, October 1st -Done !
l  The Oral Test will be on
Friday, October 2nd and Monday, October 5th.  
l  The Listening Test will be on
Friday, October  2nd and Monday, October 5th.
l  The Written Test will be on
Tuesday, October 6th. 

The test will cover the following
VOCABULARY:
Review Communication Book pages 2, 4, 6, 8,  from Week 1~ 4.

ORAL TEST:
 Reading Street Unit 3: A Place to Place and Ruby in her Own Time pages, 19, 51, 37, 77, 22-33, 38-41, 78 -81, 54 -73

SPELLING:
Review Communication Book pages 2, 4, 6, 8, from Week 1~4.

PHONICS:
Review Notebook pages: 313. 318. 321, 325, 327, 329, 334, 337, 341, 343.   

GRAMMAR:
Review Notebook pages: 319, 326, 328, 335, 342 and 344. 
COMPREHENSION:
Review Notebook pages: 314, 317, and 330.

Students will bring home their Reading Street textbook and Notebook on  Wednesday, 9/30 so they can prepare for the exam.  Please bring them back on October. 6th, 2015.
